Does it work with iPhone?
Yes, if you have a MagSafe case. That's the kind of case that has a magnetic ring on the back. Our charger is designed on 2 levels so that it can accommodate the iPhone's camera bump.
Does it work with Android?
Yes, if you have a MagSafe case. That's the kind of case that has a magnetic ring on the back.
How fast does it charge?
Each puck supports 15W of peak power. Our dual pucks support 20W combined. Notice that charging speed in most cases will be slower due to various restrictions outside of our control - such as how powerful your USB port is, what's your battery health etc. Additionally it's worth noting that iOS throttles non-Apple pucks to 10W.
Will this drain my car's battery?
No! Our pucks are inactive until you place a phone over them.
What kind of case does this work with?
MagSafe case! That's the kind of case that has a magnetic ring on the back - these cases are widely available for most modern phones. Please notice that rugged cases may not be compatible with wireless charging and may not work.
My phone is not staying in place...
If your phone is not staying in place, it means you are not using a MagSafe case. Our pucks utilize a N52 magnetic array which will hold it in place if you have a MagSafe compatible phone case (with a magnetic ring on the back). Please consider getting a new case or at least a stick-on magnetic ring.
Charging is slow...
Our pucks are capable of fast charging. With that said, there are several constraining factors outside of our control. Here are a few to keep in mind:
- Wireless charging is slower than charging with a cord
- If your car uses a USB-A port, that will max out at around 6.5W, it's a restriction with the USB-A standard.
- iPhones will throttle non-Apple chargers to 10W.
- Your phone may not be allowing faster charging due to full battery or other battery related optimizations or battery health issues.
- If you are not using a MagSafe case, your phone will almost never be properly positioned. That will result in overheating and loss of charging potential in the form of heat. Please use a MagSafe case.
My phone is getting hot...
If your phone is getting excessively hot (to a point where you can consider it overheating) it may be due to not using a MagSafe compatible case. This will result in the phone not being properly positioned over the charging coils and the energy that's supposed to go in your phone is being dissipated as heat.
With that said, if you believe this is not the case, please contact us for further investigation.

An excellent solution to replace the charging pad in my R1T Gen 2. It looks good, as the wood trim is real close to OEM. It doesn’t suffer from the issues the charging pad that comes with the truck does, such as the phone sliding around the charging pad and the triggering of Apple Pay bug. I am very happy with this addition to my truck.
Fit perfectly and looks professional. The only complaint is that it might be difficult to align the pattern paper to the top of charger.
Loving this accessory. Charges my phone well and looks stock when installed. It’s a 100% improvement over the stock wireless charger. I tried some of the other options out there, like the 3d printed guide that holds the phones in the right place. That is a fine option, but didn’t work with my Max iPhone. This has worked great. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is because the magnets are not as strong as other MagSafe accessories. It holds just fine once it’s attached, but I find myself swiping the phone, circling the area, trying to get it to attach before I finally find the right spot. With most MagSafe accessories once you get it close, it “sucks” it in and places it in the right spot. That is not the case with this device. However, I am able to get it to attach every time with a little finesse, and it works great after that.
Great execution for a product that works so much better than OEM while appearing OEM. Easy plug and play without requiring lifting or removal of the original charging pad. Only uses one USB port and works well with their armrest compartment organizer. Love that it also includes the MagSafe pucks and lets you still put things into the slot in the front of the charger. I pull off my MagSafe Waller and put it in the slot and put my phone on the charger.
On initial receipt, I noted that one side of the charger is flush, while other side is partially inset a few millimeters. Wouldn’t be a big deal except there is very little hold of the device on one side vs the other. I reached out to seller and they immediately volunteered to send a new one and we’re super nice and responsive about it. They are US-based, customer focused, and make really cool products, so I would buy from them again without hesitation.
Looks great, didn’t work that great with my MagSafe UAG case so looking for other case options. Works fine without a case. Edges are a little sharp so you’ll want to be carful when placing it in position.
The fight for the charge pad is over! The annoyance of a missed charge because the phone slid off the charger is gone! With the dual MagSafe charger pad my wife and I can charge our iPhones simultaneously, quickly through USB-C ports, and have a secure place to store our phones while driving.

Anyone that has a Rivian knows that the charging pad is awful, so I bought this hoping it would actually add value. This product has exceeded my expectations. It fits perfectly in it's spot and literally takes 3 seconds to hook up. The finish is also quite nice. My initial impression of it's functionality was just ok because with a normal case, the phone will move around with hard stops/starts/turns, which of course means the charging will stop. I learned that taking my phone case off solves the issue because it sticks much better. However, that's a pain. So I bought a case with an embedded magnetic chip and now it works like a charm. My phone doesn't move at all and maintains a charge until I take it off. The one small negative I will point out is that all of the edges of the piece are quite sharp. It's not a deal breaker, but I'd just recommend that in future versions the exposed edges be softened a bit. Other than that, it's a solid purchase and I highly recommend!

At last a wireless charger for the R1T that works. OEM one doesn't work in practice, this one is rock solid. Love the 2 levels to accommodate camera bump. Added 2 sided tape to ensure no movement of the charger.
First one arrived broken, was replaced super quickly so great customer service too
