Best thing you can do to these ugly hubcaps. Want to keep the range. And they don’t make aftermarket hubcaps for the model S. This is the best alternative
I don't want to add weight to the car and I want to keep the same driving profile from factory Tesla has tuned this car to so what a better way to change the appearance to match the rest of the carbon fiber from TWRAPS on the car then adding this to the tempest wheels. It takes patience and time, I actually installed it on the car and didn't take the cover off. Maybe it could have gone faster but it came out great none the less and I'm pretty happy with it.
I bought this Tempest Wheels Vinyl Wrap not knowing what it's going to look like. I'm pretty happy with the result, see the attached picture. It makes the wheels look different, a bit more stand out due to the black and white contrast. Installing it is quite easy, take the wheel cover out, clean it out, put the wraps on it and put the cover back on. The video instruction is very helpful.
