Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 base + performance bonuses

We’re looking for a versatile Growth Marketerto join our small but mighty team and take charge of growth across digital channels, community engagement, and partner outreach.

What You’ll Do

💻 Paid Advertising

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, Instagram, and YouTube
Analyze performance, test creatives, and scale winning strategies

🌐 Online Community Monitoring

Monitor Facebook groups, Reddit threads, forums, and social media for relevant conversations where recommending our products can drive real value
Engage or coordinate timely responses that spark interest and sales

🤝 Partnerships & Outreach

Identify and reach out to local wrap shops, detailing studios, and EV dealerships
Pitch collaboration opportunities and onboard resellers or partners

🎨 Creative Direction

Ideate ad concepts, social posts, and campaign angles (you’ll collaborate with a graphics team to bring them to life)
Ensure messaging is aligned with product features and audience interests

Who You Are

3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
Comfortable navigating Reddit, Twitter/X, Facebook groups, and EV communities
Great communicator — persuasive and clear, online and in person
Creative thinker who can develop ad ideas and marketing hooks
Bonus if you’ve worked with automotive or consumer physical products
