I don't want to add weight to the car and I want to keep the same driving profile from factory Tesla has tuned this car to so what a better way to change the appearance to match the rest of the carbon fiber from TWRAPS on the car then adding this to the tempest wheels. It takes patience and time, I actually installed it on the car and didn't take the cover off. Maybe it could have gone faster but it came out great none the less and I'm pretty happy with it.

I bought this Tempest Wheels Vinyl Wrap not knowing what it's going to look like. I'm pretty happy with the result, see the attached picture. It makes the wheels look different, a bit more stand out due to the black and white contrast. Installing it is quite easy, take the wheel cover out, clean it out, put the wraps on it and put the cover back on. The video instruction is very helpful.

I was really looking forward to using the Wrap on my Tempest wheel covers, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. Despite careful cleaning and prep, the wrap simply would not adhere properly to the surface. I even went as far as trying to reinforce it with additional adhesive, but that also failed to hold it in place.

This could have been a great product if the adhesive backing had been stronger or designed specifically for the unique texture of the Tempest wheels. Instead, it turned into a frustrating experience and a wasted purchase. A more robust adhesive or compatibility note would go a long way toward making this product more effective and user-friendly.

Best thing you can do to these ugly hubcaps. Want to keep the range. And they don’t make aftermarket hubcaps for the model S. This is the best alternative
