Nano Ceramic Windows Tint | for Rivian R1T, Nano Ceramic IR

I had a fantastic experience with this company and their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I originally ordered tint for my Model Y Juniper, and while the product itself was correct, after installing it I realized the shade was darker than I personally preferred. I reached out to explain the situation, and they were incredibly understanding and responsive. Instead of giving me a hard time about it, they immediately worked with me to find a solution so I could get exactly what I wanted.

What really impressed me is that they actually offered to send me an additional tint for free, even though the issue was more about my preference than any mistake on their part. That kind of generosity and customer care is rare to find these days. The tint itself is high quality, easy to work with, and looks great once installed, but their outstanding support is what truly sets them apart. I would highly recommend this PPF kit to anyone. I have never installed vinyl or PPF before. I watched the TWraps YouTube instructional video and went right out and completed it, in 8 hours! It was a hard day, I’m old, I would split it up over two days if I ever did it again. Lliya, called me directly and texted when I had questions, he was super helpful!

To preface, I'm peculiar with any DIY work on the car, but something like applying a tint I was skeptical but the instructional video made it look pretty simple so I gave it a shot. I purchased the front two tint film kit. The kit comes with the essentials and what you need to do the tint but I also bought some extras like the plastic covering to protect my trim, a heat gun, and a better spray bottle. Then I went to work, I started on the drivers side but unfortunately due to my own mistakes I creased the film. However, doing the driver's side allowed me to practice and I did the passenger side without any issues. I then contacted Iliya who responded right away and I was able to purchase another driver side window tint for me to redo. When it arrived in the mail I was surprised I got 2 sets for the drivers! Super awesome customer service! Definitely one of the best and I appreciate the gesture. Luckily I was able to get this done on my second try. For anyone on the fence about doing this on your own, it's worth a shot. If you take your time and follow the video you'll have a successful install and save yourself $100-200 dollars and learn a valuable skill!

Ships super fast. GREAT packaging. Came with a small squirt bottle and squeegee. Customer service was amazing. I had a question on this and they were extremley responsive and helpful.

If this is the first time you have installed tint before I definitely recommend the insurance. I ended up needing it but the seller was VERY quick to send over the replacement and very courteous and even offered personal tips / tricks.

I heard in the video there was a P and D to label the tint for each side but I didn't figure out the P and D was a cut piece of tint in the shape of a P and D. Because of this I accidentally peeled one too early and ended up getting some dust on it while installing the correct one which was my issue.

Additionally, when installing the large portion of the window tint definitely place it as close to the rubber seat at the bottom of the window as possible. If you line it up with the top of the window you may have a smidge of light gap (barely noticeable but just something to mention). The visible light strip at the top is covered by the door seal when the window is raised up.

Otherwise just watch the TWRAPS install video for your car and you will have no problem getting this done! I highly recommend the pro install kit as well, the heat gun came in clutch getting a "finger" (see video) out after the install was complete.

Easily to install, just be patient and follow the video instructions. Dont worry about small bubbles that you can't squeegee out, after a few days in the sun, they disappear. I had a small install issue and the owner of twraps actually responded to my email. Great customer support!

First off, I want to start with their excellent customer service. They really care about their customers. It will do whatever they can to make things perfect. I will definitely be coming back to Twraps in the future.
The window tint is high quality and looks great. Relatively easy to install.

I will say the 35% is not as dark as the rear glass for the Tesla cyber truck. It is almost there but is a little bit brighter and is very noticeable sunlight. Not really a big deal. But if you want as dark or darker than the rear glass you might want to go with a lower value. I am happy with my purchase and with Twraps.

If TWRAPS sells it, and I want/need it, this is where I’m buying it.

I purchased the front and rear side windows films for tinting. The seller shipped both items really fast and also offered good communication during the process. I have installed the window tint and they were precut to the right size and the quality was pretty good. One hint that for the rear side window, you may need a heat gun to shrink the film to remove the gap around the top and bottom sides. I didn't have such a problem for the front side windows.
