Does it work with iPhone?
Yes, if you have a MagSafe case. That's the kind of case that has a magnetic ring on the back. Our charger is designed on 2 levels so that it can accommodate the iPhone's camera bump.

Yes, if you have a MagSafe case. That's the kind of case that has a magnetic ring on the back.
How fast does it charge?
Each puck supports 15W of peak power. Our dual pucks support 20W combined. Notice that charging speed in most cases will be slower due to various restrictions outside of our control - such as how powerful your USB port is, what's your battery health etc. Additionally it's worth noting that iOS throttles non-Apple pucks to 10W.
Will this drain my car's battery?
No! Our pucks are inactive until you place a phone over them.
What kind of case does this work with?
MagSafe case! That's the kind of case that has a magnetic ring on the back - these cases are widely available for most modern phones. Please notice that rugged cases may not be compatible with wireless charging and may not work.
My phone is not staying in place...
If your phone is not staying in place, it means you are not using a MagSafe case. Our pucks utilize a N52 magnetic array which will hold it in place if you have a MagSafe compatible phone case (with a magnetic ring on the back). Please consider getting a new case or at least a stick-on magnetic ring.
Charging is slow...
Our pucks are capable of fast charging. With that said, there are several constraining factors outside of our control. Here are a few to keep in mind:
- Wireless charging is slower than charging with a cord
- If your car uses a USB-A port, that will max out at around 6.5W, it's a restriction with the USB-A standard.
- iPhones will throttle non-Apple chargers to 10W.
- Your phone may not be allowing faster charging due to full battery or other battery related optimizations or battery health issues.
- If you are not using a MagSafe case, your phone will almost never be properly positioned. That will result in overheating and loss of charging potential in the form of heat. Please use a MagSafe case.
My phone is getting hot...
If your phone is getting excessively hot (to a point where you can consider it overheating) it may be due to not using a MagSafe compatible case. This will result in the phone not being properly positioned over the charging coils and the energy that's supposed to go in your phone is being dissipated as heat.
With that said, if you believe this is not the case, please contact us for further investigation.

This charging solution is a godsend. The built in charging mat in the Mach-e, for iPhone users anyway, is completely useless. The phone barely charges, slides around, gets wicked hot and no ability to charge two phones at the same time. This charging replacement does the trick to solve all this and then some! One or two phones stay securely charging on their MagSafe pucks, you can see your phone's screen at a glance, phone does not get hot, the piece is solid, heavy and secure. It also looks completely "factory" in the tray area. Makes you wonder why Ford didn't do this in the first place! I highly recommend this solution. If you've spent the better part of $60K on your Mach-e, then $99 to solve this issue is cheap at twice the price!
Nice, high quality device. Super easy to install. And it’s so much better of a wireless charger for phones, especially with cases, than the stock setup. Giving the passenger wireless charging is also very handy!

Consider turning off the factory wireless charger, if you have one, via Forscan, etc. after install.

I thought this would be a good way to charge 2 iPhone 14 Max Pro It was hard to get them two aligned and charging but I don’t believe that it pulls enough power to charge both at a rate to keep up with CarPlay use of the iPhones. I was using Waze and Audible apps and after 3hrs the phone had less than 30% battery remaining.

There's a limit of how much you can draw from your Mach-E USB-C and how much our charger can support (given that currently it has no forced cooling). With so many power hungry apps running and with 2 phones, it's normal that the charge will be less than what the phone is consuming. If the phones were idle though it will charge. Our pucks support 15W per puck or 20W total if both are engaged. On an iPhone this is throttled by iOS to 10W per puck (even though the official specs say 7.5W in my tests I am getting 10W).
This charger works perfectly with my iPhone 12 Pro, and much better than the built-in charger which would heat up my phone to seemingly dangerous levels, no doubt shortening the life of the battery. I like that it uses MagSafe knowing that it will keep the phone perfectly in place.

Does what it says it’s supposed to. Easy install
This charging pad is extremely great to use if you have a magsafe device like an iphone and other apple magsafe devices. It's definitely a massive improvement over the OEM wireless charger.The only downside of the double charger is that you are limited to the type of phones that will fit due to the space that they had to work with. If you have a as big as an iphone 15 pro Max, you will not be able to fit a second one on the charging pad. You can fit a max pro and a regular pro but it is a tight fit.I would personally like to see a new version that only has a single charger and have the storage pockets like the OEM tray.Overall, I love the product and would recommend it.
I bought it. I am using it for my Mach-E. It does what it is supposed to very well and I won’t be removing it. It’s great. What could make it better? (1) The smooth surface is not ideal and not as classy as it should be. I would like to see a grippy more elegant surface. (2) 20 watts is not a lot if you are charging two phones. It would be nice for more wattage. Perhaps a small pedestal to charge AirPods as well. All-in—all: thanks and please keep up the good work!
