FAQ

  • How do I get paid?
    We currently make payouts via PayPal. If you have a special request, like bank transfer, Venmo etc, please email us first to discuss it. You can reach us at hello@twraps.com
  • When do I get paid?
    We make payouts in the first week of each month.

  • Are there payout minimums?
    We make payouts to affiliates with at least $50 balance. If your balance is lower than that, it will carry over to the next month. There is no expiration.

  • Does this work for all products?
    Yes!

  • Can I see how much I've made?
    Yes, just log into the Affiliate Portal.

  • What's the difference between the Rewards and Affiliate programs?
    The Rewards program is tailored towards individuals who get points rewards on every purchase, referral and other activities. You can then redeem these points for cash discounts during checkout. The affiliate program, in the other hand, is made for influencers and marketplaces that want to earn money by referring customers to TWRAPS. If you are not an influencer or a marketplace we'd recommend you use the rewards program.
    If you opt into the affiliate program and over a prolonged amount of time your account doesn't generate much traffic, we reserve the right to close it after paying your outstanding balance. While this may seem harsh, it's important to understand that we're a small business with limited resources and the affiliate program requires maintenance on our side which won't be justified for the occasional friend referral.

  • What if I want to quit?
    No problem, we're not a gym membership, so quitting is as easy as just emailing us and letting us know that you'd like your affiliate account closed.
